Payments may be made in cash at any ABSA branch, or via the Internet by means of an online transfer.

PLEASE ONLY USE YOUR FIRST NAME, NOTHING ELSE on the deposit slip or direct credit as your reference.If you do any type of transfer, under "Additional Comments", PLEASE leave it blank, there is no need to put anything in there.

There is no need to send in proof of payment attachments, your first name and the amount you paid is sufficient information for your payment to be allocated to you.

She will confirm payment with us and you will be given your login details thereafter.

Do not e-mail or call Chris & Michelle in this regard as Roxy deals with payments.

In most cases you will receive your login details within 12 hours, however some internet transfers do take 2 or 3 days to reflect, ie: Nedbank to ABSA.

Cheque deposits can take anything from 10 to 21 days to clear.
